Description
- Process customer's orders and PO to vendors
- Verify order details and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Coordinate with the customer regarding schedules of availability for the delivery and necessary permits
- Coordinate with the warehouse department to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
- Track shipments and provide updates to the customers
- Handle any issues related to shipping, including delays or lost shipments
- Other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Customs Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-year work experience
- Knowledge of PEZA and BOC (Bureau of Customs) is a must
- Must be good with excel
- SAP is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with less supervision and keen on details
