Sales Assistant, Makati

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers through various platforms to provide excellent service, product guidance, and effective sales support. Your primary role is to assist buyers in navigating their shopping experience, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate and timely order processing. You will also be expected to contribute to sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and helping to maintain low Return-to-Sender (RTS) rates. This position requires attentiveness, communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving.

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• Senior High School graduates with strong sales/chat experience are welcome to apply.

• At least 1 year of experience in online/chat-based selling, customer service, or e-commerce sales is preferred.
• Experience in handling product inquiries via social media, website chat, or messaging platforms is an advantage.

• Excellent written communication skills in both English and Filipino and other Local Dialects (Bisaya).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer chats at once without compromising service quality.
• Proficient in using chat tools, CRM systems, and online platforms.
• Solid understanding of upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Fast learner with good product recall and attention to detail.
• Basic analytical skills for understanding sales data and RTS patterns.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
