Retail Store Merchandiser, Makati

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our team. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies that balance customers expectations and companys objectives. You will play a key role in optimizing product displays, inventory levels, and sales performance across various retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies in line with business goals and market trends.
• Plan and oversee the layout and display of products in retail spaces to maximize customer engagement and sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and presented attractively.
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform future buying decisions.
• Work closely with buyers, suppliers, and store managers to ensure product availability and placement.
• Create visual merchandising plans, including planograms and display guidelines.
• Coordinate promotional activities and seasonal merchandising plans.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, product trends, and stock levels.
