Craftsman (Service Technician), Makati

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all types of luggage repairs, from simple fixes to more complex issues.
• Consistently complete an average of 13 repairs per day, maintaining efficiency while ensuring the quality of each repair.
• Inspect luggage to assess the extent of damage and determine whether it can be repaired based on company standards.
• Carefully handle all luggage to avoid additional damage or scratches. Conduct thorough quality checks both during and after the repair to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately fill out repair forms, track parts used and report any new damage to the supervisor. Update the repair records in a timely manner.
