Position: Customer Deployment & Success SpecialistWork 

Location: Ayala Avenue, MakatI

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 

Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000

Work Set Up: Hybrid

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all the client that is onboarding and Deployment.

Be on hand to the onboarding process of client and ensure the smooth transaction from sales to deployment.

Handle the contact during the deployment phase and ensure to answer all the inquiries or concerns of the client.

Collaborate with the customer to resolve all the concerns and provide a best solution for them.

Document the challenges and escalate the problem that may have concern to the technical support and product teams.
