Position Overview:

The Finance Manager oversees the companys accounting operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role involves leading the accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, handling tax matters, and overseeing audits to maintain financial data integrity.

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, CPA is preferred but not required
• With 5 years experience in a leadership role or in a management level position; strong people management capacity
• Solution-centric manager
• Proven experience in complete cycle in accounting, preparation of financial report, and statutory filings of government regulatory bodies (SEC, BIR, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
