Retail Sales Associate, Makati

Our client, a well-established brand in the clothing and apparel industry, is looking for Retail Sales Associates to join their team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a boutique retail environment (not department stores) and be passionate about fashion, customer service, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their purchases and provide styling suggestions
• Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Process payments and handle basic POS transactions
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build positive relationships with customers and repeat clients

• With experience in retail clothing/apparel
• Must have worked in a boutique store setting
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and well-groomed
• Willing to be assigned to any Metro Manila branch, depending on proximity to residence
• High school graduate or college level
