Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of technical staff for installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of all technical service work at client sites.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on a wide range of kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, coffee machines).
• Provide technical training, guidance, and performance monitoring for technicians.
• Maintain accurate service reports, inventory of spare parts, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with project and sales teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
