Accounts Payable (AP):

  • Process invoices and expense reports.
  • Verify accuracy of invoices, coding, and approvals.
  • Prepare payments and maintain vendor/clients records.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Generate customer invoices and statements.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.

Cash Management:

  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity.
  • Prepare cash forecasts and manage banking relationships.
  • Ensure timely deposit of cash receipts and disbursement of payments.
