RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Drafting and negotiation of various agreements and other duties as necessary. 
• Communicating with in-house counsel and other legal department stakeholders
• Review contract requests in detail for completeness and accuracy. 
• Communicate via email and/or telephone with legal and business stakeholders to gather required information.
• Submitting contracts for e-signature according to defined policies and procedures  
• Preparing ad hoc reports per request from business clients  
• Updating metadata in the contract repository per request from business clients Process Support
