- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.

- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with travel suppliers (hotels, transport companies, tour guides) to ensure smooth tour operations.
- Assist in itinerary planning and logistics for tours.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
- Process invoices, payments, and assist with financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records for tax, accounting, and business compliance.
- Generate reports on office performance, tour sales, and customer feedback.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and social media management.
- Support sales teams with customer follow-ups and lead generation.
- Maintain relationships with travel agencies and partners.
