Premier Property Specialist, Makati

• This is a full-time, on-site role as a Property Specialist at Ayala Land Premier in Makati. The Property Specialist will be responsible for commercial and residential real estate sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.

• Responsibilities and Duties: Identify leads, present products, negotiate deals, and maintain client relationships.
• Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with potential travel for client meetings.
• Qualities and Traits: Must be motivated, personable, and adaptable.

• Job Title: Sales Representative Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree required.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, sales management, relationship building, teamwork, lead generation, cold calling, presentation, and communication skills are essential.

Compensation Package

• Commission: Minimum 500,000 per sale
• Allowance: Starts at 16,000 (increases with every sale)
