Field Audit Associate, Leyte

A Field Audit Associate performs on-site reviews of financial/operational data, verifies accuracy, ensures compliance with standards, analyzes processes for weaknesses, prepares reports, and communicates findings to management, often involving travel and working under senior auditors to support accurate financial reporting and control improvement. They examine financial records, interview staff, observe operations, and identify discrepancies, requiring strong analytical skills and knowledge of auditing standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct On-Site Audits: Perform financial and operational audits at various locations, examining transactions, expenses, inventory, and payroll.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data, reconcile accounts, and use audit software to verify accuracy and identify control weaknesses.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to internal policies, accounting standards (like GAAP/IFRS), and regulations; prepare detailed audit reports for management.
• Process Review: Observe and review business processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Collaboration: Work with senior auditors, management, and client finance teams to gather information and discuss findings.
• Documentation: Document audit findings, control weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
