Resort Sales Account Manager, Bataan

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, event organizers, and direct clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, bookings, and negotiations.
• Provide personalized service to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Identify new business opportunities in leisure, corporate, and group segments.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with resort policies.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.

Marketing & Promotion

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional packages and campaigns.
• Represent the resort at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
• Promote seasonal offers, loyalty programs, and special events.

Coordination with Operations

• Work closely with reservations, front office, F&B, and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicate client requirements clearly to operations staff.
• Monitor guest feedback and coordinate corrective actions when needed.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities.
• Submit regular sales reports to management highlighting performance and opportunities.
• Track competitor activities and market trends.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure contracts and agreements comply with resort policies and local regulations.
• Uphold ethical sales practices and transparent communication.
• Train junior staff on sales protocols and customer service standards.
