Employee Recruitment and Selection: Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.

-Compensation and Benefits Administration, including payroll, timekeeping and government contributions

-Employee 201 file maintenance: Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.

-Employee Relations: Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.

-Training and Development

-Administrative and office work



Job Requirements

Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, Business Management or any related field/course.

-Knowledge of HR functions
