The HR Associate will support daily HR operations, particularly in Compensation & Benefits and Training. This role is responsible for assisting with employee benefits administration, payroll support, training coordination, and maintaining accurate HR records while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

• Assist in Compensation & Benefits administration, including government-mandated benefits, leave credits, allowances, and other employee benefits
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities
• Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Monitor attendance and assist with payroll-related tasks
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Provide support for other HR and administrative functions as needed

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course
• At least 1 year of relevant HR experience in compensation and benefits, filing of Sickness Notification, Maternity Benefits, and posting of loans
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Can work efficiently under pressure
