• Call Center Experience (CCE) is an advantage but NOT required
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• B2 CEFR level or higher preferred
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime

• Review and moderate online content based on company guidelines
• Ensure platform safety by identifying and removing inappropriate content
• Provide support while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
