We are actively ramping for our BFSI account and are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. This opportunity is open to high school graduates, including those with no prior BPO experience, provided they meet the required communication proficiency.

• At least High School Graduate
• Minimum B1 CEFR English proficiency
• No BPO experience required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer navigation skills

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional manner
• Assist customers with inquiries related to financial services
• Provide accurate and timely information
• Resolve concerns in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data
• Accurately document all interactions
• Meet required performance and service metrics
