As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will work closely with Operations and Site Leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals. You will play a key role in employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and engagement strategieshelping build a productive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

What Youll Do:

Partner with leaders to align HR and business strategies

Handle employee relations, investigations, and labor compliance

Drive performance management and talent development

Support workforce planning and HR analytics

Lead engagement and retention programs

Collaborate with HR teams for smooth employee lifecycle management

Act as escalation point for complex HR concerns

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field

58 years HR experience, with 35 years in BPO / Contact Center

Strong background in:

Employee Relations & Case Handling

Philippine Labor Law / DOLE Compliance

Performance Management

Workforce Planning & HR Analytics

Experience supporting 300+ employees

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Proficient in HRIS and MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with global clients or multinational BPOs

Exposure to ramp-ups, transitions, or workforce migration

HR certifications (CHRP, CHRMP, or equivalent)

Location: Baguio City (Onsite)
