Job Requirements

Senior High School graduate or College Level in any field.
At least 1 year of experience in merchandising, retail, or sales (preferably in hardware or home improvement stores).
Experience in product display, inventory monitoring, and visual merchandising is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in merchandising standards and product placement.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, or inventory systems).
With pleasing personality

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines, planograms, and display directives provided by headquarters or the Merchandising Manager.
Create eye-catching, informative, and cohesive product displays, window displays, and in-store promotions to drive customer traffic and purchases.
Ensure all signage, pricing tags, and promotional materials are current, correctly placed, and clearly visible.
Optimize the placement of products on shelves, racks, and fixtures based on sales data, promotional strategies, and customer flow (traffic patterns).
Conduct regular store audits to ensure inventory is fully stocked, organized, and properly rotated.
Communicate stock-outs, low inventory levels, and damaged items to the Store Manager or Inventory Team.
