F&B Service Staff/Waitstaff, Baguio

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Present menu and explain food and beverage items
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and properly
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Process bills and handle payments
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• With experience in restaurant or hotel service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasing personality and customer-oriented
• Can work under pressure
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to be assigned in Baguio Country Club.
