Human Resources Support:
- Assist in recruitment (job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and documentation).
- Maintain accurate employee 201 files and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and prepare reports.
- Support onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary HR-related data.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Provide administrative support in employee relations and engagement activities.
Operations Support:
- Assist in monitoring day-to-day company operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
- Provide clerical and administrative support for operations-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Administrative functions
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
