Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in recruitment (job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and documentation).
  • Maintain accurate employee 201 files and HR databases.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and prepare reports.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary HR-related data.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Provide administrative support in employee relations and engagement activities.

Operations Support:

  • Assist in monitoring day-to-day company operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for operations-related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Administrative functions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
