Business Development Specialist, Baguio

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our client acquisition and sales strategy. Your primary focus will be on actively seeking out and engaging with new clients, including Wholesale/Institutional Customers (Public and Private/Commercial), Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers. You will lead our sales team, instilling in them the importance of proactive client engagement and relationship-based selling. Your efforts will not only boost our sales figures but also ensure our clients are highly satisfied and loyal to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and engage with potential clients, expanding our customer base.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies focused on proactive client engagement and long-term relationships.
• Lead and empower the sales team, focusing on proactive customer outreach and relationship-based selling.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients, understanding and anticipating their needs.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to provide clients with cutting-edge and suitable solutions.
• Analyze sales data to identify new client opportunities and market trends, adapting strategies to meet these insights.
• Work closely with marketing and design departments to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall company objectives.
• Manage sales-related administrative tasks for accurate reporting and record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in Sales and Client Relations, with a strong emphasis on proactive client engagement and relationship building.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
• Deep understanding of sales performance metrics, market analysis, and client acquisition strategies.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
