Stock Clerk, Baguio

We are looking for individuals who will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching the merchandise of the store, and monitors the movement of the merchandise/stock inside the warehouse under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor. Specifically, you will be doing the following:

• monitors, checks, and records arrival & transfer of stocks, pending orders, and returns to the suppliers
• ensures proper care, cleanliness, and orderliness of work area to ensure the standardized flow of work
• ensures all merchandise is kept and secured in their respective area
• ensures all merchandise are properly tagged before being transferred to the selling area
• prepares stock requisition for immediate replenishment to guarantee completeness of merchandise at the selling area
• informs the Warehouse Supervisor on returns and damages of stock
• performs periodic stock count in the warehouse according to set schedule
• re-checks stocks to be brought to the different branches
• if assigned as Store Officer In-charge; manage Store's Cash and Check Sales collections for deposit and assume custodianship of Store Funds such as Loose Change Fund and Petty Cash Fund
• may perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

• willing to be assigned at SM City Manila
• with or without experience
• willing to work on shifting shifts & holidays
• willing to work overtime if needed
• with the ability to lift merchandise/stocks
