Technician, Baguio

Position: Loadboard Technician

1. Perform visual check, cleaning, and data encoding for monitoring and product history tracing.
2. Assess, repair, rework and isolate trouble on PCB circuitry.
3. Solder/disorder passive/active/discrete components/parts of any package 
4. Test passive/active/discrete components/parts of any package 
5. Repair/rework defective Printed Circuit Boards, traces, and others. 
6. Wash and dry repaired products for cleaning.
7. Test the functionality of repaired products
8. Operate various tools and test equipment such as oscilloscope, burn-in board tester, digital multi-meter, LC analyzer and logic analyzer and customer equipment/tester as required.
9. Install and edit windows software, production software, test programs, as well as to troubleshoot/ repair computer hardware.
10. Read, analyze and interprets schematic/block diagrams, analog and digital symbol including their function in the circuit.

Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate (preferably Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Mechatronics)

With at least 1 year related work experience (Board repair) in a electronics or semiconductor company

Must have electronics, PCB or board maintenance background

Can read and understand board schematic diagrams and board specifications

Capability to debug and fix functional/ continuity failures of the boards or the failing sockets

Ability to work under pressure, yet achieve maximum efficiency

Computer literate; able to analyze and interpret data

Competent to do the job with minimum supervision; organized and self motivated; flexible and multitasking

Willing to assigned at Loakan Rd Baguio City
