Location: Baguio City | Full-time | On-site Only
Were on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative whos not only great with people, but also brings experience in bookkeeping and virtual assistance to the table. If you're based in Baguio City and ready to work on-site, wed love to hear from you!
Your Role:
- Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry
- Support daily admin and VA duties (scheduling, email management, etc.)
- Keep records organized and help streamline internal processes
- Collaborate closely with our on-site team

What You Bring:
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal

- Experience in bookkeeping and/or virtual assistance
- HubSpot CRM knowledge is a big plus
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
