Your Role:

• Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, or chat
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry
• Support daily admin and VA duties (scheduling, email management, etc.)
• Keep records organized and help streamline internal processes
• Collaborate closely with our on-site team

What You Bring:

• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong commitment to full-time, on-site work (40 hours/week)
• Solid knowledge of Excel especially Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Experience in bookkeeping and/or virtual assistance
• HubSpot CRM knowledge is a big plus
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
