General Accounting, Cost Accounting and Financial Reporting
Reviews and approves periodic and ad-hoc financial information, reports and account reconciliations in a timely manner
Ensures that financial transactions are valid, accurate, complete, compliant with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and existing tax laws and recognized in a timely manner
Ensures timely and accurate submission of financial report packages and other requested financial information to senior management, shareholders and other requesting parties
Ensures correct analysis of financial information and reports, including trends, unusual movements and significant transactions based on current business model, operations, outlook and expectations
Collaborates with other departments to ensure proper capture of substance of financial transactions
Manages the determination of cost components of offered goods and services, to aide in the proper pricing
Manages accounting issues, including their resolution, in coordination with auditors and senior management
Manages financial audits of the Company and coordinates with internal and external auditors for the prompt resolution of audit issues
