Brand Marketing Officer, Quezon City

Key Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and executing marketing communication campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables with marketing, design, and operations teams.
- Draft and prepare marketing copies, announcements, and campaign messaging.
- Ensure marketing communications are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Track campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Support reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics.

Content & Messaging
- Draft marketing copy for promotions, announcements, social media posts, email marketing, and campaign materials.
- Ensure all communications follow brand guidelines and approved messaging.
- Support the development of campaign messaging for product launches and promotions.

Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with creative teams, trade marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent marketing communications.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and assets.

Marketing Asset Management
- Organize and maintain marketing assets such as campaign materials, creative files, and promotional content.
- Ensure the correct marketing materials are available for campaigns and retail activations.

Campaign Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and response rates.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports and campaign summaries.
- Provide insights to help improve future campaigns.
