Description
- Receives order for spare parts from the service counter, verifies the availability; locate and deliver parts ordered from bins to the counter, issues them to the requisitioned who signs the RIV showing that he has acknowledge receipt of the same parts.
- Accomplishes a sales report of spare parts at the service counter, which would be later forwarded to the stockman.
- Checks incoming parts shipments against orders to make sure of the correct parts received.
- Issued / released parts to Service Technicians and make sure all parts orders are accurately documented and parts picking slip is printed.
