Senior Sales & Customer Representative, Laguna

Were seeking an experienced, dynamic Senior Sales & Customer Representative who is adept at providing exceptional customer service, managing sales activities, and building lasting relationships with clients. This role will focus on retail/B2C and B2B sales, with responsibilities ranging from lead generation and customer service to upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the cosmetics or hair industry, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

Identify and pursue new B2B and retail/B2C sales opportunities.

Conduct lead generation and cold outreach to potential clients through onsite visits, calls and/or social media reach.

Manage relationships with new and existing customers, offering personalized support and building trust.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting our hair systems and wigs to retail clients and businesses.

Customer Service:

Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist clients in selecting products that best meet their needs, providing guidance on customization options.

Handle order management, including processing orders and coordinating with manufacturing to ensure timely delivery.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Train and guide retail/B2C and B2B clients on the unique benefits of our hair systems.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Provide regular sales and customer feedback reports to management.

Contribute ideas for improving the customer experience and expanding market reach.
