The role of the IT Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to agreed deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the projects objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.


1.Prepares project definition paper or concept paper to start the projects requested by internal and external customers.

2.Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

3.Estimates resources for Project Teams to achieve project goals.

4.Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

5.Drafts and submits budget proposals and project proposals to clients, and recommends subsequent changes where necessary.
