Key duties and responsibilities:

• Prepares bill of quantities for a project.
• Undertakes cost and price analysis.
• Canvass and update the cost of materials, equipment, labor, etc.
• Maintains records or basis of estimates.
• Reviews billings such as down payments, progress billings, and retention endorsed by Site Engineers/Construction Managers, including progress accomplishment reports;
• Assists the project engineering head with queries that may arise related to the quantity, materials considered, and cost of the project.
• Performs other related jobs/duties that the management may assign from time to time.
