Operate and monitor broadcast automation systems, play out servers, and transmission equipment during live and scheduled broadcasts.

Ensure all programs, advertisements, promos, and station branding elements air at the correct Time

Monitor on-air signals for quality compliance, reporting, and resolving technical issues immediately

Coordinate with programming, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth transition between segments

Log and document on-air activities, including discrepancies, outages, or delays

Follow delayed broadcast schedules and make time adjustments when necessary

Maintain compliance with company policies and broadcast regulations

Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to IT Engineers when required

Assist in loading content and ensuring backup material is available

Maintain a clean and organized control room
