Fitness Coach, Overseas

We are looking for a passionate fitness enthusiast to take on the role of Floor In-Charge for our new boutique gym. This person will be the face of the studio, overseeing daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional member experience, and maintaining the energy and standard of the space.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Floor Management

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the fitness floor and reception area.
• Ensure classes start and end on time; coordinate with trainers on schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the studio.
• Handle member check-ins, class bookings, and general enquiries.
• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance when needed.

Sales & Membership Management

• Drive membership sales through walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Present membership packages clearly and confidently to prospects.
• Track daily/weekly sales targets and report performance.
• Manage renewals, upgrades, and upselling opportunities (PT, merch, special classes).
• Customer Experience Build strong rapport with members and create a welcoming environment.
• Address and resolve member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support retention initiatives and ensure overall member satisfaction.

Team Coordination

• Work closely with coaches and operations team to ensure smooth class flow.
• Assist in onboarding new staff and maintaining team discipline.
• Support management in planning events, promotions, and studio activities.

Requirements

• Strong passion for fitness and an active lifestyle.
• Previous experience in a gym, fitness studio, or hospitality environment is a plus.
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to hit targets. Well-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and peak fitness hours.
