Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer support by managing inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, status updates, and shipment updates.
  • Ensure shipping partners are given full & complete information and followed up to ensure timely customs clearance.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in business-to-business bespoke manufacturing industry.
  • Previous experience working with USA and UK companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms.
  • Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in business-to-business bespoke manufacturing industry.
