Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: Philippines - Angeles / Mabalacat (Pampanga)

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

This position is to maintain up to date bookkeeping on our clients information and to provide back up support on administration tasks. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing daily transactions for a range of different industries
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accounts payable processing
  • Accounts receivable processing
  • Payroll processing
  • Preparation of Activity Statements, Payroll tax and Superannuation
  • Setting up and maintenance of client accounting files
  • Assistance with preparation of month end management accounts
  • Drafting email communication and handling of day to day communication with clients

Qualification and requirements:

Education Requirements

  • Essential
  • Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major 

Demonstrated Experience & Attributes:

  • Essential
  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Preferable experience with Xero
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously. 
  • Deadline driven
  • Intermediate/advanced experience with Microsoft office packages. 
  • Beneficial to be aware or have used cloud-based accounting apps, Receiptbank, Hubdoc, KeyPay. 

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • 2+ years in a similar role
  • Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major 
  • Intermediate/advanced experience with Microsoft office packages.
