Responsibilities:

Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing accounts, develop new accounts, and act as the primary contact for inquiries.

Data Processing & Administration: Process orders, manage billing, input credit/debit payments, and maintain accurate records.

Sales & Support: Assist in generating leads, developing price quotes, and achieving sales targets.

Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complaints regarding billing and service sales targets.


Job Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in sales or customer service
  2. Excellent verbal & written communication skills for client interaction
  3. Proficiency in SAP
  4. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  5. Willing to work on graveyard shift for US accounts
  6. Hybrid work arrangement
