Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, chat, or email. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting company performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
Document interactions and update customer records correctly
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
At least Senior High School graduate (or High School graduate old curriculum)
With or without BPO/customer service experience
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills
Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays-
