Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, chat, or email. You will provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting company performance standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
  • Document interactions and update customer records correctly
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times


Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate (or High School graduate old curriculum)
  • With or without BPO/customer service experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
