  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School Certificate required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or back office support.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide product information, and support back office operations.
  • Working Conditions: Work onsite
