  • Provide support for customer technical issues through phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common software, hardware, and network-related concerns
  • Accurately log interactions and solutions in the support system
  • Collaborate with higher-tier support for complex cases
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service quality
  • For graduates: At least 6 months BPO or technical support experience
  • For undergraduates: At least 1 year BPO or technical support experience
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM with 85% accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
