Description
- Provide support for customer technical issues through phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve common software, hardware, and network-related concerns
- Accurately log interactions and solutions in the support system
- Collaborate with higher-tier support for complex cases
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service quality
- For graduates: At least 6 months BPO or technical support experience
- For undergraduates: At least 1 year BPO or technical support experience
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
